Turnaround Execution Coordinator / Project Manager - [removed phone] Description Our Rosemount, MN refinery has an opening for a Turnaround Execution Coordinator / Project Manager. You will be responsible for safe, compliant, and quality unit shutdowns/outages in adherence to the Flint Hills Resources Turnaround process. You will be responsible for year(s) long managing of the Turnaround process from scope development through execution, ensuring that Turnaround best practices are being used while managing cost of Turnarounds. Deliverables include work scope, detailed planning packages, energy control strategies, unit shut down timelines, execution plans, manpower plans and costs. You will gain alignment on Turnaround objectives by communicating necessary activities and/or issues to owners and sponsors. Working with teams of field engineers you will be responsible for overseeing the development of Turnaround estimate and detailed Turnaround planning efforts while adhering to the Turnaround milestone and detail schedules. The successful candidate will be skillful at managing constructability and construction execution activities through coordination, collaboration, communication and strong critical thinking skills.
