Instrument Reliability Engineer - [removed phone] Description Our Rosemount, MN Refinery is adding an Instrument Reliability Engineer to the team. The role will provide project support to both maintenance engineering projects and capital projects by maintaining an awareness of instrument standards, flagging project issues relative to those standards to appropriate Instrument Technology Owners and supporting the change management process when non-standard designs are required.Additionally, this role will develop instrument related scopes that are based on sound and economically viable repair/replacement decisions via the Maximo (CMMS) work flow process. An expertise to identify, develop and champion improvements in the work flow process is expected. Background with RCFA (Root Cause Failure Analysis) methodologies and application to issue solving on a micro and macro level are a must.Demonstrable skills in critical and economic thinking and capturing this through excellent written and spoken communication expertise are required in this role. The expertise to identify, develop and champion improvements in the reliability capabilities of the Work Execution organization is greatly desired.The successful applicant will be able to ms excel in a multi-functional team and be able to prioritize multiple business requests.Work Background/Skills Required
